Assistant Professor of Nursing - Huntington Location

Huntington University has an opening for an assistant professor of nursing.   The faculty member is an experienced nurse educator who holds an unencumbered license in the State of Indiana and have a minimum of three years of nursing practice.  Educational preparation includes a minimum of MSN, with a doctorate preferred. Previous teaching experience is preferred.  A faculty member must be a committed Christian.

• Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating men and women to impact our world for Christ
• Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education, preferred
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s required
• Positive interpersonal skills and a team player
• Excellent communications skills
• Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills
• Commitment to continuous process improvement
