A Cleaner Place LLC is proud to offer Huntington County Chamber of Commerce members a 15% discount on qualifying snow and salting services.
Member Pricing
- Snow and salting services starting at $35.00.
- The $35.00 rate is a starting price only and is not a guaranteed price for every property.
- Actual pricing is based on property size, snow accumulation, service frequency, accessibility, site conditions, and materials required.
- The 15% Chamber discount applies to qualifying service charges and does not establish a guaranteed $35.00 service price.
Snow & Ice Service Triggers
A Cleaner Place LLC may begin service when:
- Icy or hazardous conditions are present or reasonably expected.
- 2 inches of snow accumulation is reached.
- 4 inches of snow accumulation is reached and additional or more frequent service may be required.
Walkways, sidewalks, entrances, and other pedestrian areas may require more frequent clearing than parking lots or driveways because of safety concerns.
Salting & Ice Control
A Cleaner Place LLC provides professional ice-control services using:
- Traditional salt applications.
- Salt-slurry solutions.
- Additional ice-control treatments when conditions require them.
Salt and ice-control materials are charged according to the property and amount of material required. The 15% Chamber discount applies to qualifying service charges according to the customer's service agreement.
Important Pricing Notice
Starting at $35.00 does not mean every property will be serviced for $35.00. Each property will receive pricing based on its individual size, layout, snow and ice conditions, required equipment, labor, number of service visits, and materials used.
Chamber Member Verification
To receive the 15% Member-to-Member discount, the customer must be an active member of the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce at the time services are provided. A Cleaner Place LLC may request verification of Chamber membership.
