Huntington County Chamber of Commerce will host a lunch n learn seminar on Wednesday, July 26 regarding The Importance of Positive Mental Health Environments
Studies show that Mental health plays a large part in our overall wellness. When we are surrounded by negative home and work environments, the effect on our mental health can also cause or worsen physical symptoms and conditions. Maintaining a positive mental health environment, both at home and work, is vital to our relationships, motivation, and quality of life.
With the recent struggle in obtaining employees, companies and organizations have discovered that company culture and image is just as important as salaries and benefit packages in attracting potential employees. Obtaining employees can be difficult and the retention of those employees is vital for growth and development of the company and its image.
