Event Description:
Huntington County Veterans Service Office and the Veterans Council, will host the Annual Veterans Parade on Saturday, November 7 at 10am.
The community is invited to be a part of the parade. Contact the VSO at 260-358-4863 to get your entry in the parade.
The parade will begin at 10am.
The community is invited to line the streets. The parade route this year will leave HNHS on MacGahan Street, travel to Jefferson Street, and continue south through downtown, ending at the courthouse. Immediately following the parade, a Veterans Day Ceremony will take place at the courthouse, outside on the Jefferson Street side.
Samuel Huntington Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will present a plaque that will be dedicated and mounted at the courthouse during this ceremony.
The public is encouraged to attend.
