We are seeking a Sales Representative with strong experience in the paper/packaging industry to help drive new business and expand existing accounts. This is a mid-level to senior position ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for customer-driven solutions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in extrusion coating services
- Manage and grow key customer accounts through on-site visits and identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
- Understanding of customer end application and can recommend the appropriate solution for their needs.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure successful project handoff
- Develop accurate proposals, pricing, and forecasts based on client needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication
- Attend industry events and trade shows.
- This position will require periodic travel outside of the state to support customer engagements.
- Experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, ideally with extrusion coating, paper, or packaging industries.
- Preferred understanding of extrusion coating processes, paper grades, and thermoplastic materials.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in using digital tools for client communication and data management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Mechanical aptitude to understand product specifications
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
- Commission/Bonus: Performance-based
