Sales Representative – Extrusion Coating / Paper Industry

We are seeking a Sales Representative with strong experience in the paper/packaging industry to help drive new business and expand existing accounts. This is a mid-level to senior position ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for customer-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in extrusion coating services
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts through on-site visits and identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
  • Understanding of customer end application and can recommend the appropriate solution for their needs.
  • Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure successful project handoff
  • Develop accurate proposals, pricing, and forecasts based on client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Attend industry events and trade shows.
  • This position will require periodic travel outside of the state to support customer engagements.

Requirements
  • Experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, ideally with extrusion coating, paper, or packaging industries.
  • Preferred understanding of extrusion coating processes, paper grades, and thermoplastic materials.
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in using digital tools for client communication and data management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Mechanical aptitude to understand product specifications

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
  • Commission/Bonus: Performance-based
